Applying for a grant is done through an online grant management system. To apply, follow the steps below:

• • Review the grant guidelines to ensure you qualify for a grant from The Kahlert Foundation. 

• • Click here to access the grant management system.

• • After clicking the link, you will need to do one of the following:
    
    • • New User: register and create an account.
    • • Existing User: log in using your username and password.

• • After logging in you will be taken to your dashboard. Click the “Apply” button at the top of the page to go to the application. From there, please use the appropriate access code described below.

• • Please note, an organization that has not received funds from The Kahlert Foundation in the past is considered a First-time grantee and is required to complete an LOI for a new request to be considered.
    
    • • First-time Grantee:
        
        • • Enter access code MATLOI at the top of the “Apply” page, and you will be directed to the Letter of Intent or LOI under the First-time Grantee process.

    • • Returning Grantee:
        
        • • Enter access code MATGRANT at the top of the “Apply” page and you will be directed to the Full Grant Application under the Returning Grantee process.
